WEIGHT LOSS GOALS
♥ Get down to a size 5 & 120 lbs healthily
♥ Tone, thinner thighs [a little gap wouldn't hurt either =]
♥ Less to no cellulite
♥ Tone, flat stomach
♥ Maintain my weight [and my booty lol] healthily once I reach my goal
♥ Ultimately achieve a lifestyle change as opposed to just a weight loss goal
♥ Go at least a cup size smaller in bras [36DD now =p]
♥ Obtain healthier eating habits
♥ Drink 80-100 oz. of water daily -- it can be done!
♥ Build stamina to jog for at least 1 hour straight through [eh. in time lol]
♥ Fit into my itsy bitsy teeni weeni pretti polka dot bikini =]
REGIMIN
1. Eat 3-4 small meals a day: 3 main meals & a snack if necessary, averaging between 1,200 calories a day
2. Eat smaller portions on smaller plates; eat slowly and drink more between bites
3. Drink at least 102 oz of water daily [3 of my big pink water bottles]
4. Limit: fried, fast/restaurant food; junk, sweets, salty, sodas, sugary drinks, cheese & other dairy products, bread & greasy/oily foods
5. Exercise daily for at least 1 hours
7. LOTS of leafy greens [salads], colorful vegetables, whole grains, nuts, fish, fruits & lean proteins
8. Be concious of food choices when eating out [opt for salad not bread, grilled chicken not fried, apple sauce not fries, water instead of sodas]
9. Drink more plain water, water mixes, soy/almond/1% milk, fresh juiced fruit & veggie juices & Naked Juices
10. Try Life, Crystal Light, Energy, Smart & Vitamin waters
11. Always take supplements & protein
12. Stop eating after 6pm [7pm at latest]
13. If necessary, eat cheat meals in moderation
