Flu but Still Fly by July
Day 2 of [i think] the flu. im achy, sniffly, sneezy, sore throaty & groggy. i suffered through 2 days of work feeling like this but luckily i'm off the next 3 days as well. i checked the scale this morning and it read 160.5 lbs which is also a plus. if it's anything i like about the flu it means extra weight loss. my appetite has been thoroughly suppressed in my sickly state. all ive had so far is Progresso chicken noodle soup, apples, oranges, hot lemon-honey tea and orange juice. i've been eliminating just as much and frequently as well [tmi, sorry lol!]. another plus side to all this is when i feel fully better again, i'll have had a headstart on the healthy, limited eating and drinking, so all i have to do is keep up these healthy alternatives, limited eating and plenty of drinking habits. it sucks i can't exercise yet because my immune system needs all the strength it can muster so here's to the next few days for rest. but on another note, when I regain my full strength i will have an even more fabulous continuation to my Fit & Fly for July. Merry Belated Christmas to me!!!!!! lol from eBay I bought the entire Slim in 6 DVD system for $86. Below is the actual picture of the package i bought:

Fit & Fly by July
Happy New Year People!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! ...Alright, now that that's out of the way, it's me coming back again [seeing as i never should have left to begin with lol] with my new weight loss journey. From August 2011 up to now a whole lot has happened that unfortunately took my focus away from losing weight and changing my lifestyle. But through God, i'm getting it all back on track again and can re-focus now. so i'm here with the stats all over again starting this 1st day in the 1st month of the new year 2013. and you have my word i WILL be on here regularly all over again. let's get it!
