Day 2 of [i think] the flu. im achy, sniffly, sneezy, sore throaty & groggy. i suffered through 2 days of work feeling like this but luckily i'm off the next 3 days as well. i checked the scale this morning and it read 160.5 lbs which is also a plus. if it's anything i like about the flu it means extra weight loss. my appetite has been thoroughly suppressed in my sickly state. all ive had so far is Progresso chicken noodle soup, apples, oranges, hot lemon-honey tea and orange juice. i've been eliminating just as much and frequently as well [tmi, sorry lol!]. another plus side to all this is when i feel fully better again, i'll have had a headstart on the healthy, limited eating and drinking, so all i have to do is keep up these healthy alternatives, limited eating and plenty of drinking habits. it sucks i can't exercise yet because my immune system needs all the strength it can muster so here's to the next few days for rest. but on another note, when I regain my full strength i will have an even more fabulous continuation to my Fit & Fly for July. I used the first 3 DVDs when I had them on VHS and the results were great. I was inconsistent and not into it like i should have been, otherwise i would have been coming out like a supermodel by now lol. i get it on either the 11th or the 18th so i still have time before i start using it. in the meantime, i will continue with my power of 100 workout and the Sweat Sexy workouts on FiOS. but first! .....to rid this flu =/
