Happy New Year People!!!!!!!!!!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!! ...Alright, now that that's out of the way, it's me coming back again [seeing as i never should have left to begin with lol] with my new weight loss journey. From August 2011 up to now a whole lot has happened that unfortunately took my focus away from losing weight and changing my lifestyle. But through God, i'm getting it all back on track again and can re-focus now. so i'm here with the stats all over again starting this 1st day in the 1st month of the new year 2013. and you have my word i WILL be on here regularly all over again. let's get it!

• Trim waist & hips
• Maintain my size & weight past meeting my goal
• Achieve an overall lifestyle change
• Go at least 1 bra cup size smaller [currently 36 DD]
• Drink between 80 – 100 oz. of water daily
• Build stamina to jog 30 – 45 minutes at a time
• Exercise at least 1 hour 5 days a week
• Maintain curvy hips, butt, chest & hourglass figure
• Eat more healthy foods as opposed to junky crap
• Fit LOVELY into my itsy bitsy teeny weeny aqua polka dot bikini....and the other 6 ones that I have lol
